Job Role
• To ensure that Quality and Food Safety processes are appropriately monitored
• Completion of daily monitoring of production lines and daily audits of production paperwork
• To support Technical manager in maintaining all quality assurance, HACCP, food safety, and production records accurately
• To ensure that all finished products meet agreed specifications.
• To support in carrying out all relevant training to food production operatives
• Assisting with other duties as required
• Experience working in food production essential
• Knowledge of quality control or quality assurance is desirable

Prior warehouse experience and forklift license required.
Experience in a supervisory role beneficial.
Duties will include:
• Overseeing effective operation of the warehouse ensuring all Warehouse Operators and Drivers carrying out their duties correctly
• Assisting with production material preparation
• Ensuring correct pallet assembly and labeling in dispatch area
• Inspection of incoming goods and record keeping
• Monitoring systems and carrying out physical checks to ensure that correct stock is dispatched
• Ensuring correct traceability of finished stock is maintained
• Overseeing/ preparing customer orders for dispatch/ loading products onto the lorries

Your main responsibilities will include blending and pasteurisation of ice cream mixes but time-to-time you will be asked to carry out other duties.
