Now the weather's finally cooled down and we can think straight again we've put our thinking caps on in the kitchen and came up with a new cake!
The Apricot and Almond slice, our goal was to make something that was available for most while still being a delicious cake, this cake has the fruity-ness of the apricots balanced tastefully with the nutty flavour of the almonds and best of all its gluten and dairy free and vegan so everyone can enjoy it!
