✨ We’re proud to share that after yesterday’s routine inspection, we received another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food Hygiene Rating from the Food Standards Agency 🙏
Keeping our kitchen clean, safe, and up to standard has always been one of our biggest priorities — not just for inspection day, but every single day we open our doors.
Most nights, after service finishes, we’re still here cleaning and preparing well past midnight — because we truly believe our customers deserve to enjoy their food in a clean, safe, and carefully maintained environment.
A huge thank you to everyone who supports us, trusts us, and enjoys our food 💛
And of course, massive respect to Chef Leo, who somehow manages to do everything with only two hands 😂🍣

✨ 我哋好開心同大家分享，經過昨日衛生局例行檢查後，我哋再次獲得 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 食物衛生評級 🙏
一直以來，保持廚房清潔、安全同符合標準，都是我哋最重視嘅事情之一 —— 唔單止係為咗檢查，而係每日營業都一直堅持做到。
好多時收檔之後，我哋都仲會一路清潔、整理同準備到凌晨十二點後。因為我哋一直相信，客人值得喺一個乾淨、安全、認真維持標準嘅環境下享受每一餐。
