100 DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS!

It might feel far too early to say it, but today Wednesday 16th September marks just 100 days until Christmas Day.

Before we all start arguing about when the Christmas music is allowed on, here are a few things to look forward to at The Priory this festive season:

Pre-Christmas dining
Our festive menu will be available from 1st to 24th December, 12 noon to 8.30pm, perfect for catching up with friends, family or colleagues before Christmas arrives.

Christmas Day
As an employee-owned hotel, we've decided to give our team the day to celebrate Christmas with their own families and loved ones, so we won't be serving dinner on Christmas Day.

But for now, there are still 100 days to go... plenty of time to enjoy the last of the summer and the start of autumn before we start thinking about mince pies.

This autumn, Inverness is getting its very own Fringe Festival, bringing a wonderful week of creativity, laughter, music and entertainment to the city.

From 28 September to 4 October, venues across Inverness will come alive with comedy, theatre, live music, cabaret, drag, poetry, spoken word and plenty more.

For those of us who live here, it is a wonderful opportunity to discover something new, support performers and enjoy a great day or evening out close to home.

If you are visiting the Highlands, why not add a little culture and entertainment to your trip? Spend the day exploring Inverness, enjoy a show in the evening, then retreat to the beautiful Highlands and make a few more memories along the way.

There is something rather special about seeing the capital of the Highlands come alive with new ideas, new voices and a little bit of creative magic.
