We’re delighted to showcase the beautiful work of Kaz Wilkinson, whose vibrant paintings are currently brightening the walls of KoKo’s.

Here’s a little insight into the artist behind the collection:
🎨 What inspires your art?
“All the facets of nature and colour. From the largest tree to the smallest flower.”

🎨 How would you describe your style?
“I’m a countryside girl at heart and at my happiest when painting my vision of what’s around me. From trees to hedgerows, sunrises to sunsets, over land and sea, in the hope of uplifting the spirits of others.”

🎨 Which piece here means the most to you, and why?
“Lily’s Water World has my love at the moment because it’s taken over 18 months to reach its completion.”

☕ Favourite thing on our menu?
“Chocolate cheesecake brownie with a pot of tea — yummy!”

🌿 Kaz’s work beautifully captures the colours, textures and moods of the natural world, bringing warmth, joy and a sense of calm to everyone who views it.

🎨 Introducing Our June Artist of the Month: Kaz Wilkinson

We are delighted to showcase contemporary abstract artist Kaz Wilkinson .gallery as our Artist of the Month for June at KoKo’s, Gerrards Cross.

Known for her vibrant, emotionally driven work, Kaz creates expressive pieces that celebrate colour, texture & imagination. Inspired by nature and personal experience, her paintings combine rich palettes, organic forms, and layered textures to evoke a sense of joy, energy, and intuition. Through painting, mixed media, and community art projects, Kaz’s work connects with collectors and fellow creatives alike, bringing a fresh and uplifting perspective to contemporary abstract art.

🎨 What inspires your art?
👉 I’m really inspired by quiet, everyday moments—light moving through a space, fleeting expressions, and the subtle beauty in nature. A lot of my work comes from observing how things feel rather than just how they look.

•
🎨 How would you describe your style?
👉 I’d say my style sits somewhere between expressive and minimal. I like to keep things loose and intuitive, often focusing on mood, texture, and colour rather than too much detail.

•
🎨 Which piece here means the most to you, and why?
👉 There’s one piece here that feels especially personal because it marked a bit of a turning point for me creatively. I let go of overthinking and trusted the process more, and I think that freedom really shows in the final piece.

🍰 Favourite thing on our menu?
👉 It has to be a good flat white and something sweet—your cakes are dangerously good, so it’s hard to choose just one!
