I love how creative some of my couples get with their cakes - like this one, 2 tier smooth buttercream cake with the only decoration being the handmade bride and groom with the bride trying to pull the groom away from his games console!

She doesn't come out too often on my wedding fayres as shes kinda seasonal... but i thought I'd show you Sally since we are officially in autumn and we're starting to see pumpkins everywhere 🎃 and i certainly did when making all these 🤣 i had pumpkins and leaves EVERYWHERE 🤣🤣 but I'm sure you'll agree it was worth it!

Well the day has come for Amara to fully retire... she has been made for quite a while now - since 2022 in fact and to this day i had people asking if they were real lemons 😂
It is a shame as she was lovely but it means i have a space in my kitchen display for a new wedding fayre retiree, and an excuse to make another display cake 😜
I decided to leave the sound on this reel instead of adding some music as it made me chuckle 😂 the sounds combined with the sped up video makes me look a bit manic 🤣

Since Sylvie was so popular at Hatfeild Hall wedding fayre yesterday (and why wouldn't she be!), i thought i would share a video of a smaller silver birch wedding cake that i delivered to Hatfeild Hall!
You know i love doing silver birch cakes, they all look completely different and stunning, regardless of if its a single tier or 5 tier like Sylvie.
