Our pizza dough is made with sourdough culture, Shipton Mill organic flours, water and Himalayan salt. Each batch is hand kneaded and
slowly fermented for 36h to give it a unique flavour, texture and crispiness. The Pizza Bike project started as an art Installation in 2014 and slowly evolved from a drawing to The Smallest Pizzeria In The World. In 2015 and 2016 we attended numerous festivals acro

ss South West UK and beyond - Including British Street Food Awards, Secret Garden Party,

Bye Bye Pub!!!
It has been another year of the usual general non sense, fun, madness and probably stuff not safe for Instagram. Thanks for all the support, bubbly water, tea, coffee and the odd shot in between!
Lots of love and have a Merry Pizza Christmas and a Hamazing New Year! After a short trip on the road I would be back in the artisan community vibrant culture melting pot called The Bell Inn on Fri. 27.02 5PM pronto!
Now is the time to hit the blinker, hit the road and see where Ushuaia is this year.

The latest and greatest update about the exhibition: A lot of people asked me to keep it on for longer, the pub is happy with that as well so the exhibition will be on for two more weeks until Fri. 05.12 🐏🕶️🎉🥳
If you want to see, just come to the pub and me or someone from the bar will open the back bar for you if it is locked . There are few other events happening - on Fri. 28.11 and Sat 29.11 in the evenings so the best time to come is lunch / early afternoon before 6-7PM - ish.

Thanks to everyone who came yesterday at The Bell in person or virtually from the other side of the world ;). It was great and I appreciate the support and feedback. I'm building a little online and offline space for my photos and a few other art ish things that hopefully will be ready at some point next Spring. Meanwhile back to my usual position in the garden of world famous The Bell Inn. See u!

Well after the whole stolen trailer story from last week, it is time to move to something a bit less stressful and make an announcement about an event soon to be happening at the back bar of The Bell.
The people that know me a little bit better are well aware that photography has been a hobby and passion of mine for a very long time , longer than cooking I would say. I even had a chance to work in the creative-ish industry for a little bit before having this wonderful idea of putting a pizza oven on the back of a bright orange beach cruiser and … well the rest is history.
In the last few years I had a chance to go on a few bicycle touring trips and apart from all the weird s**t that happened, the trips also reignited my photography hobby. In the last year or so I’ve had this idea of doing some sort of photo exhibition and sharing some of those moments with more people and in general for some hazy reason I just wanted to do it. That idea got delayed and was fermenting for a while, but is now finally happening!
So if you are around Bath on Monday 17th of November come along to The Bell and check it out. Alex will be playing some tunes - fun, general nonsense and beer will also be present.
The exhibition will feature about 100 trippy photographs in different sizes from the last 20-ish years, present time and from the not so distant future. I’m still very much in the process of putting it all together, but I guess it will all make sense at the end.
Meanwhile it is business as usual for the rest of the Autumn - Pizza , booze and more general nonsense at the world famous The Bell Inn.
