Hiya my name is Jodie, and I am a self taught cake decorator, I've been making cakes for family and friends and friends of friends for nearly 11 years now, and love doing them, I have never had any training or formal qualifications in sugarcraft/pastry. I make any type of cake made to order, including birthday's, christening, wedding, cupcakes etc.... All my cakes and decorations are handmade (no

packet mixes), except picture icing (that's ordered in). I can always find time to fit a request in whilst juggling looking after 2 kids and working pt. I can do various flavourings such as; your classic victoria sponge (madeira), chocolate with buttercream filling, chocolate fudge, chocolate and orange, lemon drizzle, carrot, coffee and walnut, fruit, coconut and jam etc....
