It would seem society has something rather delightful to look forward to. With the new season of Bridgerton arriving at the end of January, whispers are already swirling through Bath. After all, it is only fitting when one considers that scenes from the series were filmed mere moments from The Elder.

In honour of this most anticipated return, our kitchen has curated a Bridgerton Afternoon Tea worthy of the ton. Expect a table adorned with Queen Charlotte’s Lemon Tiara, Daphne Bridgerton’s Religieuse, Kate Sharma’s Gulab Jamun and Simon Basset’s Emerald Brooch, accompanied by freshly baked scones, elegant savouries and a selection of exquisitely crafted cakes.

One suspects this is the perfect excuse for an afternoon of indulgence, gossip and just a hint of Regency era romance.
