The Wheatsheaf, Combe Hay The Wheatsheaf was originally a farmhouse built in 1576 and parts of the present building date back to the 16th century.

It began opening it's doors as a Public House in the 18th century and has been welcoming locals and travellers alike for Good Food, Real Ale and Fine Wine ever since. Today it is a haven of contemporary rustic chic, preserving the best of the past and enhancing the present. Real Ales, local Cider and an impressive, as well as attractively economical Wine List are still available from the Bar and o

nly the very best of local and home grown produce is used in the preparation and cooking of the stylish and mouth-watering food in the Restaurant. The open log fire warms and welcomes in the Autumn, Winter and the Terrace and garden beckon in the spring and summer months-
