Very busy day today and great fun. Lots of our regular customers were coming in to grab one of our amazing baguettes and have a laugh with Simon and Suzanne.

Carter & Phiri Sandwich Shop is now open.

It's been a hard few weeks getting the shop ready and converting it from the Intermezzo Express but we've made it.

Meeting our customers this week and starting to serve freshly made sandwiches has made it all worth it. Such a friendly bunch!

So are we. Pop in and say hello to Martha and Simon (in the picture) when you get the chance. We've got many of the old favorites from the Intermezzo Express and some popular new options.

We are at the top of Barton Street (between Queens Square and the Theatre Royal.)
