All our orders are shipped using Royal Mail Untracked first class delivery, which currently states it can take up to 3 working days however due to covid restrictions it can take up to 7 days. We are aware some areas on the UK this is taking longer due to lockdowns which have taken parcels 14 days to arrive. This service is not tracked and we are unable to give you any updates of where your box is

until it has been delivered. All our orders are sealed in an airtight bag to maintain their freshness and they will stay fresh for 10-14 days. Please make sure they air kept in an airtight container once delivered. If you do require a quick turnaround on your order we can provide a different postal service with additional charges to guarantee a 2-3 day delivery.
