Some of our sunflowers are coming out now! Did anyone else grow any of the seeds we gave away?

Please admire them but unfortunately after last year, we do have to say please don’t cut or take them away. We want everyone to enjoy them.

We should have lots more coming out in the coming week, and the fluffy teddy bear ones will start to be compete spheres.

If you did grow any of the seeds we gave away from last years, we would love to see them!

This Sunday, 30 August, we’re pleased to be hosting a fundraising afternoon in the Bramley Inn garden in aid of Breast Cancer Now. We were asked if we could provide the venue and, of course, we were very happy to help.

From 1pm to 6pm there will be a fundraising cake sale, raffle, plus a DJ with karaoke throughout the afternoon.

Come along, grab some cake, have a go on the raffle, sing a song if you’re brave enough, and help raise money for Breast Cancer Now.

We are spoiled here in Bramley, the beer garden is warm, and looks out over the village green, over the cricket pitch, (come and watch them play, over a drink) and we have these views!

The Bramley Inn Gin and Cider Festival is Today. The sun is shining and it’s shaping up to be a great day.

Come and try 20 guest gins with our new tasting guide, plus a huge range of Lilley’s ciders.

We’ve got three live music acts playing throughout the day, a free bouncy castle and free ice pops for the kids, so there’s something for everyone.

Every gin is served with fresh garnishes including lime, lemon, cucumber, strawberries, orange wheels and freshly cut rosemary to bring out the best flavours.

We’d love to know your favourite. Which gin or cider wins your vote today?

25th of July, Gin for the grown ups.Cider for the thirsty. FREE Ice lollies and a Free bouncy castle for the kids. The Bramley Inn Gin and Cider Summer Festival is on its way.

We will have loads of guest gins and ciders more than you can sensibly work your way through in one afternoon!!

Come for a drink. Stay for the music, somehow end up trying five different ciders or gins. Bring the family, round up your friends and enjoy a proper summer day at The Pub.

2-8pm in the garden, then all evening in the pub!

England versus Argentina in the World Cup semi final tomorrow night! England have won three of their five meetings, where Argentina have won one, plus that penalty shootout we would rather not discuss.

You could watch it quietly at home. OR

You could watch it properly at The Bramley Inn your local village pub, supporting a local business, surrounded by people shouting at the referee and pretending they would have scored that chance we're looking at you Boris!

Lots of screens. Cold drinks. Proper village pub atmosphere. Come on England.
