From 7th April, The Sandwich Bar will begin a new chapter as we gently pass it into new hands.

This little space has never been just a place to eat. It has been a daily ritual, a familiar doorway, a pause in the rush of life. Over the years, you’ve allowed us into your routines, your mornings, your stories — and that trust has been one of the quiet honours of our lives.

We have felt every kindness.
Every loyal visit.
Every moment of connection that turned a simple sandwich shop into something far more human.

As we prepare to step back, our hearts are full — not with endings, but with gratitude for what we’ve shared. The memories, the laughter, the gentle rhythm of everyday life lived together… these are things we will carry with us.

From 7th April, new owners will continue the story. We hope you’ll welcome them with the same warmth and generosity you’ve always shown us.
