Every pizza starts with great ingredients, and this week’s delivery is packed with some of our favourites 🤌🇮🇹

Now it’s time to prep dough, grate cheese, slice toppings and get everything ready for another busy service 🍕💪

📍 Backyard Dough Co, Barry 🍕

Recently we were lucky enough to try Backyard Dough Co. in Barry.

This was honestly so cool, as well as collaborating with traders and local businesses, Steve does pop-ups in his own back garden.

This fresh, homemade, Neapolitan-style pizza is the real deal. As it was a lovely, sunny day and I hadn’t broken my foot yet, we decided to take our pizza to the beach.

We opted for:

With summer coming up, pizza on the beach with friends really is the way forwards.

Counting down to Saturday! 🥳 We’re back at Craft Republic from 4pm serving you the freshest Neapolitan pizza. 🍕🤩 Our dough is homemade 24hrs before to bring you those famous fluffy crusts.

Don’t forget you can reserve tables for free on their website or you can walk up to sit outside/takeaway. We can’t wait to see you!

He’s watched every practice session, every failed pizza, every late-night dough prep and every popup. Still waiting for his first shift though. 🐶❤️🍕

It was this time last summer we started practicing our dough making free pizzas for our neighbours. One year on we are still in the garden now as a fully registered pizza popup - and it’s all thanks to their support and encouragement. 😍🙏🍕
