Delicious Blueberry & Lemon cake cool down with an ice drink, we have air conditioning in our coffee shop.

We are experiencing the hottest June on record, make sure you stay hydrated, plenty of fluids and keep out of the sun.

Fill your hot water bottle with cold water and place in the fridge, this will help you keep cool for longer.

Place a bowl of ice from your freezer in front of your fan, as the fan blows across the ice, it carries cool damp air around the room.

Close your curtains and blinds in the day this will stop any heat from entering your home then in the evening when it does get cooler open your window and blinds allow the cooler air inside. If you hang a wet bed sheet in front of your window it will blow colder air into your home.
