Whos up for a day of lifeboat demos on the dock, live music, street food and special Beers in Barry?!?! You are? Well then come and join us on Barry Waterfront on Saturday 13 June to celebrate 125 years of Barry Dock RNLI.

This free event is celebrating and supporting our local RNLI crew. They’ll be bringing their boats into Barry Dock in the afternoon and there’ll be demonstrations, water safety experts and Stormy Stan of course. As well as a chance to meet the crew there’s live music from Barry SuperChoir , Barry Island Ukulele Strummers and Barry Island Male Voice choir will be popping along to perform some sea shanties to round off the day.

With street food from Cegin HalfnHalf, special bakes from Num Nums and a special celebratory beer from Dogs Window Brewery it’s going to be a fantastic day (we’ve put an order in for some sun but got an out of office so we’ll have to see if it shows up 😆).

Head down to Barry Waterfront from 2pm on Saturday 13 June to join in with this special celebratory event with Barry Dock RNLI

The lovely folks at Craft Republic in Barry have kindly offered to host our pop up on the 18th of July! We'll be bringing smoked meats, tasty sides and our infamous Banana Pudding to finish it off. Come down for some great beer, awesome food and hopefully some sunshine. Vegan options available.

Did you know our House White is a Low Sulphur wine?! ✨ We chose the Colombard/ Sauvignon blend from Domaine Guillaman to be our house white not just for their brilliant sustainability credentials but also because the wine they produce tastes fantastic, and is made with precision and care. The Colombard offsets the Sauvignon Blanc to add a softness making this wine dry, fresh and very easy drinking

So if you’re looking for a great tasting wine from a brilliant small producer that is low in sulphur with strong sustainability credentials come and give our house white a try.

Spicy Margaritas are go! We’re launching our new cocktail menu today so if you’re heading to Craft this weekend there’s a load of new cocktails for you to try, including our new Spicy Marg 🍸

Made with Mezcal, plenty of spice and finished with a Tajin rim, this cocktail is the perfect blend of smoky, zesty, spicy goodness. Come and give it a try.

Spicy Margaritas are new to our cocktail menu from today and we can’t wait to see you on the waterfront for weekend drinks ✨
