📢 WE’RE HIRING – PART-TIME BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

We’re looking for an organised and reliable person to manage the day-to-day bookkeeping for our group of fish and chip shops and several other businesses.

The role will include:

• Visiting our shops weekly to collect invoices and paperwork
• Inputting invoices and financial information into Xero
• Processing monthly payroll
• Preparing quarterly VAT returns
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Liaising with our accountants regarding year-end accounts
• General accounts and administrative duties

The details:

⏰ Up to 16 hours per week
🏠 Mainly working from home with flexible hours
💻 Company laptop provided
🚗 Business mileage paid

Previous bookkeeping experience and confidence using Xero are essential. Experience with payroll and VAT returns is also required.

You must have your own vehicle and be able to visit our shops around Barry, Penarth, Llantwit Major, Fontygary and Cowbridge.
