Hi guys, with the football on at 8pm today (which we will be showing) i would just like to remind everyone that our staff work incredibly hard during these times especially in this weather 🥵
Which brings me to the point that we will NOT tolerate customers thinking they are entitled to speak to, act or touch our bar staff inappropriately, we understand the frustration when the pub is busy and the bar is crowded but please just be patient. We had an incident last week with a customer thinking it was appropriate to lean over the bar and touch a female staff member. This will not and has never been tolerated although it happens more than you’d think!
We all work incredibly hard at the cross keys and we do not come to work to be abused or harassed, please just be respectful and mindful.
And to those customers who are absolutely wonderful and polite i’d like to thank you all for being patient and understanding! Hope to see everyone enjoying the game tonight! COME ON ENGLAND 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
