🚗🍕 DALTON, ASKAM & OUTER BARROW… WE’RE BACK! 🍝

Many moons ago, Santa Marina used to deliver out to Dalton, Askam and the outer parts of Barrow… but as we got busier and busier in town, it became harder for us to get out that far.

But after years of requests, messages, hints, reminders, and one particularly enthusiastic Post Office owner asking us to deliver to Dalton … we’re finally taking orders for you lot again 😂

Starting Thursday 1st October, we’ll be accepting orders for Dalton, Askam and selected outer Barrow areas every:

📅 Monday & Thursday
🚗 Deliveries leaving Santa Marina from 5pm

You’ll be able to order all the classics you’ve missed, like the Penne Al Forno & PGB, alongside some of the newer favourites too:

🍝 Cajun Pasta
🍝 ’Nduja Carbonara
🍕 Pizza Vesuvio
🍕 Hot Honey Salami Pizza
…and plenty more, check out our menu's at the top of our page.

And for anyone needing Gluten Free, we now offer GF pizza and GF penne too — so just order your favourite meal in its gluten free form and we’ll sort you out 👍

Because these delivery runs are a little further out, there will be a £5 delivery charge. We know that’s not the cheapest, but with fuel costs and the extra distance involved, the full £5 goes directly to the staff!

You can message us anytime in advance and we’ll get you booked in. Pre-ordering through Messenger is definitely the best way to guarantee you get your order on the board 👍

Once we get to around 4–5pm and service starts getting busy, our Messenger inbox isn’t constantly manned, so if you’re ordering later in the day it’s always best to give us a call on 01229 829311 rather than risk your message being missed.

And to help spread the word, we’re giving away 3 Santa Marina vouchers:

🎁 1 winner from Barrow
🎁 1 winner from Dalton
🎁 1 winner from Askam

For a chance to win:

Thanks as always for the support. We’re excited to bring Santa Marina back out to a few more of you again ❤️

😂 CLOSURE NOTICE — MONDAY & TUESDAY 💍

Due to some in-house fraternising that got way out of control, our Head Chef and Kitchen Assistant are getting married next week 😂❤️

So, naturally, a fair chunk of the Santa Marina crew will be swapping pizza boxes for wedding outfits.

We’ll therefore be CLOSED Monday & Tuesday next week while we all go and celebrate with them.

We’ll be back open as normal on Wednesday the 30th September, hopefully not too worse for wear.

A massive congratulations to Sam & Kayleigh from all of us at Santa Marina ❤️💍

🎒 BACK TO SCHOOL… FINALLY! 🍕😂

The uniforms are on, the packed lunches are back, the house is slightly quieter… and parents everywhere are pretending they’re not celebrating.

So we thought we’d join in.

This week, Monday to Thursday, anyone who orders direct with Santa Marina will get a FREE PGB with their order!

Just our little way of saying well done for surviving the summer holidays.

📞 Call us direct on 01229 829311
Or message the page to pre order.

Give this post a like and share to help spread the word — because let’s be honest, there’s probably a few parents out there who deserve a night off cooking this week 🍕🍝

Fancy joining the SM team? 🍕🍝

We’re looking for someone to join us on a part-time basis, mainly helping front of house.

The role would include things like answering the phone, taking orders, helping pack orders, keeping things organised and generally helping the team during service.

The shift would initially be one evening a week, 5pm–9pm, with more shifts likely to become available as we go.

It would probably suit someone looking for their first part-time job, or someone after the odd shift here and there around school, college or other commitments.

We’re only a small team, so we’re looking for someone polite, reliable, organised and happy to get stuck in when it’s busy.

No experience needed — just the right attitude.

Also, as part of the SM way, everyone working an evening shift gets a pizza or pasta for their tea… so if you already like the food, that might be a nice little bonus. 😅🍕

If you’re interested, send us a message on the page or pop in and have a chat with us.

And if you know someone who might be a good fit, please give this post a like and share to help us spread the word ❤️💚

WE’RE BACK TOMORROW! 🍕🍝

Just a little reminder that after our short break, Santa Marina reopens for service tomorrow evening — Monday 24th August! 🙌

We also wanted to say a massive thank you for the response to our Gluten Free pizza and pasta. ❤️

We knew there was demand for more GF options, but we’ve been genuinely surprised by just how popular they’ve become. In fact, our GF Penne al Forno is currently catching up with the original Al Forno as one of our most ordered dishes! 👀🍝

It’s brilliant to see, so thank you to everyone who’s tried the GF range, recommended us or helped spread the word.

And while we’re talking Gluten Free… what would you like us to do next? 👀

If there’s something you’d love to see us offer Gluten Free, let us know in the comments. What are we missing? What can we do? We’d genuinely love to hear your suggestions. 👇

So, we’ll see you all again from tomorrow evening! 🇮🇹❤️

📞 Give us a call on 01229 829311 or simply message the page to get your order in.

Pre-orders are always very welcome — and very well received! It makes life that little bit easier for us on busy nights... and those of you who pre-order might have noticed we have a habit of looking after you with the odd little extra too 😉🍕

🍕 A LITTLE SUMMER BREAK ☀️

Just a heads up that after service this Saturday 15th August, we’ll be closing the doors for a little summer break!

We’ll be back, rested and ready to go again Monday 24th August 🍕🍝

So if you need your Santa Marina fix before we disappear for a week, you’ve got until Saturday! 👀

We’re expecting it to be a busy one, so as always, getting your orders in nice and early is definitely recommended.

A massive thank you to everyone for keeping us busy — we’re looking forward to a few days off before getting straight back to it! ❤️

⚽ IT’S COMING HOME… BUT WE’RE CLOSING EARLY! 🏠🍕

For the Argentina game, we’ll be opening earlier and serving from around 4pm until 7pm-ish, so there’s still plenty of time to get your Santa Marina fix before kick-off.

We’ve only got one delivery driver, so depending on how busy we are, we’ll likely stop taking delivery orders at around 6–6:30pm.

Lots of people are already pre-ordering for collection, and that is definitely the best way to avoid disappointment. Message the page with your order and preferred collection time, and we’ll get you booked in.

And to make collection even better…

FREE PGB with every collection order! 🧄🍞
