Team member of the month: Hayleigh 👏🏻🙋🏻♀️
Now there was absolutely NO WAY I was writing about myself (and obviously did not know that this photo was being taken to stage it how I would have liked 😅), so this is what the big man himself had to say:
So, finally, we can put a face to all those social media posts! 📸
Over the past 12 months, The BGI has been working hard to become more consistent with our social media presence. Whether it’s a story, a post, or sharing what’s happening behind the scenes, our aim has been simple — to keep our guests up to date with our amazing team, exciting events, food, drinks and everything else happening at The BGI! 🍻🍽️🎶
And a huge amount of the credit for that goes to our fantastic Assistant Manager, Hayleigh! 🫶🏻
Hayleigh has worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to build our social media presence and showcase what makes The BGI such a great place to visit. Her creativity, consistency and passion have helped us tell our story and put our brilliant team, food, drink and events in front of our guests.
But this isn’t just a thank you to Hayleigh; it’s also a massive congratulations! 🎉
Hayleigh’s hard work has started to get noticed internally within Mitchells & Butlers, and she has recently landed herself a fantastic Social Savvy role across our district of 12 pubs! 🙌
To see her passion and hard work recognised, and to now have the opportunity to influence, support and help drive social media across 12 pubs, is a fantastic step towards her career aspirations.
From building our social media presence here at The BGI, to now being trusted to share your knowledge and creativity across the wider district, this is a brilliant achievement and one that is truly deserved. 👏🏻
