A bit about the role...

Everything! And we mean everything! The Store is yours – stock, team, labour, customers, serving, coffee, coffee and more coffee, all sit with you to own and develop. You will take accountability of the profit and loss for the store and look to maximise where possible.

To add to the list, you will:

* Create a customer focused environment and you’ll have a unique skill for anticipating what our customers’ need
* Take ownership of all your controllable costs within your store through effective management of stock, labour, training and reward and recognition.
* Inspire the team to follow your lead and execute with excellence
* Full accountability for managing the store to the standards our customers have come to expect
* Training and developing your team to reach their full potential
* 37.5 Hours

A bit about you…

Having the passion for coffee and people would just be the start of what we’re looking for (but that’s the obvious bit!). The other skills we would be looking for are;

* A leader with coaching experience, remember you are leading from the front!
* A commercial mind with the ability to think ahead and see the bigger picture, maximizing every sales opportunity

A bit about the role...
�As a Shift Supervisor you’ll be the team leader inspiring the team every day, keeping customer service at the heart of everything you do, dedicated to creating incredible experiences for our customers.

In addition to this you will enjoy the following:

* Act as a team leader by coaching and supporting the team to deliver unbeatable experiences, while ensuring all procedures are followed, taking the lead on shift
* Deploy the team according to the trading pattern, ensuring right people in the right place to maximise sales
* Train and accredit new Baristas, inspiring their new adventure with Morso
* Manage the day to day operations of the store when required, being accountable in the absence of the Store Manager
* Implement new marketing POS, and brief the teams on new recipes / seasonal ranges to ensure continued excellence to maximise every opportunity
* Deliver health & safety, cleanliness and drive understanding of our EHO responsibilities.
* From the quality of an espresso to the maintenance of equipment, you’ll drive the highest of standards every time
* Maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring all on-site stock is well stored and persevered

�You will have a passion for leading others and a desire to take on shared responsibility because as we know it’s all about working as a team, and of course you will really love delivering amazing coffee:

* Previous Team Leader experience in a fast-paced environment is an essential
* A passion for coffee, customers and colleagues - because sharing your Latte art is a part of the day job

* Excellent interpersonal skills, and obsessive about customer service

We’re Hiring For a Site Manager!

A bit about the role...

Day to day you’ll be Taking orders, serving food and drinks. Taking care to make every customer experience an awesome one. We’re open 7 days, for coffee, breakfast & lunch, we also open as a bar Friday and Saturday evenings.

Serving customers with a smile and creating moments that matter, ensuring customers walk away happy, and we see them again very soon.
Be knowledgeable and confident about all our products in order to advise customers.
Maintaining health & safety and cleanliness across the store always.
Managing the restaurant and staff.
Producing Rotas and liaising with staff where necessary.
Stock controls and ordering.

Most importantly have fun at work and support your team to do the same

A bit about you…


Previous experience is a must in a similar role, either as a manager or an experienced supervisor.
Experience marking coffee and working behind a bar would be very desirable.
Have a genuine passion for people, as well as the desire to learn and be the best they can be.
