What a wonderful today in Barnstaple Library with Barnstaple Town Council.

We had over 20 items brought in for our skilled volunteers to check over and tinker with.

We reunited people with special items our talented team took home to work on over the last month or so.

We made 19+ drinks and had lots of lovely conversations.

We even managed a few photos!

Thanks to everyone who came in for a cuppa, for everyone who helped make a difference by sharing their skills and talents, mending and fixing items.

Thanks to everyone who shared stories of their items, connected with each other and brought our community together.

See you on 16th May for the next session.

Tomorrow is the 3rd Saturday of April which means we'll be back in Barnstaple Library for the

Join us from 10am to see what we can save from the bin, tip or skip!

We'll have a wonderful bunch of Volunteer Fixers and Menders on hand to take a look at your household items including small electrical and mechanical pieces, clothing and textiles, toys and teddy bears.

We can get quite busy so ask that all items are checked in before 12.30pm enabling our talented team of volunteers chance to take a look and still get home in time for their lunch!
