After speaking with Beryl Ambler on Saturday morning to check if she needed anything, she had just one request, for both teams to win in Jonny’s name.

The lads delivered 🧡.

The 1st XI beat Hallam by 49 runs, with Jonathan Scaife hitting a superb 77, before Mark Mustill-Hope and Nathan Hitchen took 3 wickets apiece.

The 2nd XI made it double bubble against Doncaster Town, chasing down 152 with five wickets to spare. Brad Gerstmar top scored with 41, while Connor Turford starred with the ball taking 4/43.

Two wins for Jonny. 🏏🧡
