This pork has just been rubbed down with yellow mustard, Texan Steakhouse rub & salt and will now be marinating for the next 16.5 hours 🤤🐷

Tomorrow morning it’ll be going into our Ninja Woodfire Grill where it’ll be slow smoked for around 11 hours to create some seriously juicy, melt-in-the-mouth pulled pork 😍🔥

We’re making this for our tea tomorrow, but we’re curious… 👀
