A very difficult announcement from us ❤️

After three wonderful years, it is with a heavy heart we have made the incredibly difficult decision to close Xiao Chi Noodle Cafe.

Our final day of trading will be Saturday 12th September.
This isn't a decision we've taken lightly. Xiao Chi has been so much more than a restaurant to us. It has been our family business, a place where we've met so many wonderful people, shared food, celebrated occasions and created memories that we will always treasure.

Like many small independent businesses, especially in hospitality the rising costs of running a business have made things increasingly difficult. Although we are incredibly grateful to have such loyal customers and continue to receive wonderful support, the reality is that the time, commitment and cost involved in running the restaurant are no longer sustainable for us.

There are also personal and family considerations that have made us realise that this is the right time for us to step back and make more space for the people and things that matter most.

We are incredibly proud of what we have created over the past three years and, most importantly, so grateful to every single person who has walked through our doors, ordered a takeaway, recommended us to a friend, left us a review, shared our posts or simply supported our family business.

Our staff has been incredible. The hard work, dedication, creativity, and heart they have put in cannot be overstated. We are extremely proud of them, and any business would be lucky to have the talented people who have worked alongside us.

You have helped make Xiao Chi what it has been. ❤️

So, rather than seeing this as an ending, we'd like to think of it as the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.
We would absolutely love to see as many of you as possible over our final weekend, so please come and enjoy your Xiao Chi favourites, say goodbye and help us make our final week one to remember.
