We thought it was about time to do an introduction…
Little over 2 months ago, the Owner of the Garrison, Robbie and the Owner/Chef of Med, Daryl jokingly decided to enquire about taking on The Royal after its sudden closure. Having formed a great connection since both owning businesses on George Yard, the 2 of us combining forces is surely going to make for a great experience
The Royal is a staple in our community and we’re so excited to give it a new lease of life.
Offering a refined selection of beers, wines and handcrafted cocktails, the bar will be the perfect area to come for drinks for all occasions 🍻
As one of the members of the original kitchen team at the Royal, Daryl has created a food menu that will take inspiration from The Royal tapas menu along with Mediterranean small plates, sharing Steaks, chargrilled Chicken and hand stretched flat bread
Both the inside and outside are in the process of being fully revamped and we can’t wait for you to see it
