As many of our regulars already know, the time has come for our evolving little Bistro to close it's doors for a short while whilst we move on to the next stage of our renovation....we would have loved to remained open but we cannot guarantee the quality we value so much ...We want to thank our customers for continuing to support our local business and cannot wait to reopen when works are complete and show you round..🥰🥰🥰

Our little evolving Bistro still has a way to go but we have welcomed some of our regulars back and we really love all the positive, vibes, feedback and the shared excitement of things to come....

We all love doing what we do and we love sharing our journey with all who dine with us....To us, it not only feels like our evolving Bistro but the evolving bistro of all those that travel this journey with us....which makes it so much fun

So, as we finish the final touches on the ground floor, the work on our kitchens continues and we move to work on our first floor setting..... exciting times

WE ARE CLOSED FOR TWO WEEKS

As many of you know, we are an evolving bistro and we have shared our journey with many of you....So far, it's been amazing and the feedback has spurred us on ....We are now at the stage where we can relocate our kitchen to the lower floor giving us more Floorspace for diner....We have made the decision to close whilst the initial building works are carried out.
Thank you for all again your support in getting us to where we are today.....And keep a look out for all the changes of the next chapter of our evolving bistro 🙌🙌

Apologies to our customers but we have stopped taking deliveries today due to an accident on Shambles Street. This has caused major traffic disruptions...
We are Just relieved no one was injured

Fueling the Roebucks staff this morning with another superb breakfast from the new local business Taste 😋
