For me fathers day was spent in the garden with the family cooking up a treat loved every minute of it πŸ˜„ The 2kg Thor's hammer from G Haselhursts butchers in Shafton was a beauty with 7.5 hours smoked on it it was an amazing flavour.

Beautiful sunny day with the family .
Early morning smoke , 7.30am the smoker went on for a pulled beef, later on the pit paprika bread was made along with BBQ bacon beans 🀀😁

Testing out my new KTC BBQ Grill with Rotisserie Fire Pit from with restaurant grade charcoal. Today I was cooking Bombay potatoes , turkey curry kebab wrapped in naan dough and threw the remaining dough on the pit 😁 #ｂｂｑ
