We’re Hiring: Chef – Join Our Kitchen Team!

£13.50–£14.50 per hour + tips
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Chef to join our busy kitchen team of five at The Three Horseshoes Hotel. We serve modern dishes with classical influences, all prepared using fresh, locally sourced produce.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with solid experience in a professional kitchen who enjoys working across different sections and delivering consistent, high-quality food. You'll be involved in breakfast, lunch and evening service, working closely with the Head Chef and supporting the overall smooth running of the kitchen.

• Experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen
• Confident cooking across multiple sections
• Passion for fresh ingredients, presentation, and flavour
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Reliable, organised, and able to work well in a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: £13.50-14.50 per hour (based on experience)
• Tips: Monthly share (approx. £100/month)
• Hours: 5 days per week with 2 days off
• Shifts: Mix of breakfast, lunch, and evening shifts
