Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, or simply haven’t felt quite like yourself lately, The Pause is four beautiful hours created entirely around you.

Hidden away at the stunning Woodseats Hall in Barlow, we’ll spend the afternoon moving through yoga, a delicious menopause-conscious lunch, an intimate expert Q&A, our immersive Stately Sound Bath, group hypnotherapy and a gorgeous smoothie to finish.

This isn’t about fixing menopause or giving you another list of things you should be doing.

Barlow Woodseats Hall

We’re looking for an experienced, confident Bar Supervisor to join our team at Barlow Woodseats Hall.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, leads from the front and can help us deliver a brilliant bar experience across our weddings, events and restaurant days.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN:

* Lead and support the bar team during busy services
* Run wedding and event bars confidently
* Maintain excellent service standards
* Help manage stock, ordering and bar preparation
* Train and support newer members of the team
* Keep the bar organised, clean and ready for service
* Work closely with our management and events team

YOU’LL NEED:

* Strong previous bar/hospitality experience
* Supervisory experience or the confidence to step up
* Great people and communication skills
* A calm, organised approach during busy services
* Weekend availability — essential
* Flexibility for some midweek events and holiday periods

Earlier this week was their summer work do — a chance to unwind, have some fun and enjoy a well-deserved night off after all their hard work! 🥂🍻

We are so proud of every single one of you for always giving it your all and for creating such wonderful experiences for all of our guests. 🫶

Many of our team are studying alongside work at the moment, so we also want to say a huge congratulations to everyone who completed their A Levels last week! 🎓✨ And for those receiving their results this week, we’re wishing you the very best of luck! 🤞

We’re incredibly grateful to each and every one of you for everything you do and for all your hard work so far this year. We couldn’t do it without you! 👏💛
