As many of you may have heard, our friend Lloyd passed away recently

Lloyd was a part of the Harp community for many years, seeing the end of the bar being propped up by Lloyd and his tankard of quagmire was a guarantee of a good conversation and an excellent night

Personally, from the man writing this post, I remember him as a stranger handing me a photo from one of his many adventures, which then sparked a wonderful conversation which continued into many wonderful conversations and hazy evenings over the years. I know I speak for Harp staff past and present when I say that Lloyd was family to us

The Harp Inn will be hosting a memorial service from 2pm on the 18th of this month, and whether you consider Lloyd to have been a treasured friend or a crazy old bastard, all are welcome
