For those who haven’t tried it yet, Gazpacho is a chilled Spanish soup. The best part is that it’s made to be served cold, so it’s light and refreshing even on the hottest days☀️🥣

We are serving our Gazpacho with Cauliflower, Fennel & Coriander with a tomato & red onion salsa.
