Yesterday was Marshall’s Farm delivery day again, and this week sees the return of their very tasty BBQ-Flavoured Phillysteak Pie… along with their ever-popular Chilli Jam Sausage Rolls and Spinach & Roasted Red Pepper Quiche. 😋

Cheese News! 🧀🍷

Prima Donna, Rockstar, Red Storm and Truffle Trove all arrived yesterday - with Truffle Trove being new to the counter! A rich Cheddar blended with Italian Black Summer Truffles… definitely one for the truffle lovers! 🍄🧀

We also have two exciting new cheeses to introduce:

🧀 Buffalato Bianco al Pistachio - for all the soft cheese fans! A beautiful soft buffalo-milk cheese, generously studded with Italian pistachios (3.5%). This flavoursome, bloomy-rind cheese is handmade in Italy’s Bergamo region using the very finest buffalo milk.

🧀 Colston Bassett Shropshire Bassett Blue - for the blue cheese fans! A creamy, semi-soft British blue made from pasteurised cow’s milk, distinguished by its vibrant orange paste and blue-green veins. Creamy and mellow with a slightly spicy blue tang, it’s rich in flavour and sharper than a Stilton. 💙
