Unfortunately, due to the declining health of Baobab's owners, we've had to make the extremely difficult decision to permanently close the business.

When we opened up our little café and zero-waste store in Banff eighteen months ago now, we could never have imagined the love and support we'd receive from you all - especially being a vegan business in a rural farming community!

We'd like to thank each and every one of you who's ever stopped by to sip an oat latté and scoff a biscoff Danish with us. If we've managed to change the mind of even one person who didn't originally think they liked vegan food - then that's a job well done, we'd say 🌱
