Well… that’s that. 💔⚽
England are out, but making it all the way to the semi-finals is no small feat. We’ll take the heartbreak if it means weeks of incredible football, unbelievable atmosphere and a pub packed with proper fans.
To everyone who chose The Swan to watch the games with us… thank you. You’ve made this tournament one to remember. The singing, the cheering, the groans at the ref, the last-minute drama… we’ve loved every second of it. 🍻
But the real MVPs? Our team. ❤️
They’ve battled through a heatwave, non-stop queues and enough pint orders to fill a swimming pool - all with smiles on their faces and barely letting anyone wait for a drink. It hasn’t always been easy, but they’ve absolutely smashed it, and we couldn’t be prouder.
We’re not done just yet though… 🍺
Join us this weekend as England take on France in the third-place play-off on Saturday, before we finish the tournament in style with the World Cup Final on Sunday. One last weekend of great football, cold pints and the best atmosphere around. See you at The Swan! 🦢⚽
