We’ve recently received some feedback regarding our delivery charges, and we really appreciate everyone who has taken the time to share their thoughts. We’d like to take a moment to explain how our pricing works.

Our menu prices are the same whether you collect your order or have it delivered. For deliveries, there is a small additional charge based on distance, which helps cover fuel costs and vehicle maintenance for our drivers.

As a small, independent, family run business, we put a lot of care and effort into everything we do. Your support genuinely means a lot to us and helps us continue doing what we love.

We always take feedback seriously and are constantly looking for ways to improve. If you ever have any concerns or issues, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly so we can put things right.

Over the last couple of weeks, we had a first-time customer place a delivery order worth £20.60. The customer gave our driver a £20 note and 60p in coins. Because it was dark at the time of delivery, our driver didn’t realise the £20 note was counterfeit until he returned to the shop. That night, it was the only order paid in cash, so we know exactly where the note came from.

At first, we considered contacting the customer, but we also thought that perhaps they didn’t realise the note was counterfeit either. However, after seeing the recent warning from PVC today, we felt it was important to share this.

The Neighbourhood Policing team has been made aware of fake banknotes currently circulating around Banbury. We’re asking all local businesses, shops, and community members to stay vigilant.
