🎶 **LIVE MUSIC NIGHT AT THE COACH & HORSES!** 🇮🇪☘️

We’re delighted to announce our next **Live Music Night** will be on **Friday 28th August**!

Join us from **9.30pm** as **Eamon** brings the sounds of **Irish Folk Music** to the Coach & Horses. 🎻🎶

🍽️ **Our kitchen will be open as usual from 6–9pm**, and James will also be cooking up a delicious **Steak & Guinness Stew** made with Beef Brisket for the evening! 🥩🍺

It’s set to be a night full of **great food, live entertainment and good craic!** 🍻☘️

Everyone is welcome, so bring your friends and family and come and enjoy the evening with us!

🍻 **THE COACH MENU IS COMING… AND WE’RE GOING FULL STEAM AHEAD!** 🚂

We’ve been busy behind the scenes getting **The Coach & Horses** ready for a brand-new food offering — and tomorrow, we’re going **FULL STEAM AHEAD!**

Think proper pub favourites, small plates, stone-baked pizzas, hearty mains, family-friendly options and something lovely to finish. 🍕🍗🍟🍨

And that’s not all… 👀
We’ll also be running **regular specials**, so there’ll always be something different to tempt you back.

Tonight, while we put the finishing touches to the full menu, **we’ll have a selection of the new dishes available** — so you can get a little sneak preview of what’s coming.

☀️ It’s going to be a warm one today! ☀️

We like to look after our customers, so we’ve got a few little things in place to help keep everyone cool and comfortable! ❤️

💧 We’ll have an ice-cold water tap on the bar all day, so please help yourself.
🐶 Fresh water will be available for all the pooches too.
🌂 Our parasols will be up throughout the day to provide some shade.

And if you’re here to enjoy the sunshine and have a proper sunbathe ☀️😎 but need a hand putting a parasol down, just let one of the team know — we’re always happy to help!

Your Role

As Front of House Supervisor, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of the pub, including:
• Leading and motivating the front of house team
• Managing staff rotas
• Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
• Ensuring high cleaning and hygiene standards throughout the venue
• Carrying out and recording line cleaning
• Supporting the smooth operation of the business and leading by example

Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week**, including a mixture of days, evenings and weekends

• At least **3 years' experience** in a hospitality management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy environment

📋 Recruitment Requirements

✔ A full DBS check (or be willing to obtain one)
✔ Valid photo ID and proof of right to work in the UK
✔ References from your **three most recent employers**

As of today, The Coach & Horses, Adderbury has officially joined Cherwell Pubwatch.

We're also excited to announce that James has decided to reopen the kitchen! 🍕 A brand-new authentic Italian stone-baked pizza oven has arrived, and with the support of some fantastic local partners, we're getting everything ready to serve you. Alongside our pizzas, we'll be introducing delicious small plates, classic bar snacks, and a BBQ menu coming soon.

Our priority is simple – we want everyone in our community to feel safe and welcome. As James gradually returns to the kitchen full-time, we're committed to creating a family-friendly pub where everyone can relax, enjoy great food and drinks, and have a fantastic night out. While we'll still be offering lively late evenings, we have a zero-tolerance approach to criminal or anti-social behavior, ensuring The Coach & Horses remains a safe place for all.

We'll be announcing our upcoming events very soon, so keep an eye on our page!
