Ricky is the definition of a proper all-rounder. 💫

He’s been with the Salt Kitchen family since 2016, originally as Duty Manager. Not one to sit still, he fancied a new challenge, threw himself into culinary training, and qualified as a chef!

Now, he splits his time between both departments, effortlessly jumping from managing the floor to cooking up a storm on the line. Nearly a decade of hard work, adaptability, and brilliant food, we honestly couldn’t do it without him.
