It’s Friday afternoon after all…

20/09/2026

Sunday mornings are for slow starts, comfy beds and nowhere to rush off to. ☕️

Stay with us at The Market Tavern and wake up in one of our beautifully designed rooms, each with its own character and cosy touches.

A delicious meal, a good night’s sleep and a slow Sunday morning… sounds pretty perfect to us. 🤎

Fancy staying over?

Autumn may be on its way, but Aperol Spritz are still very much on the menu here at The Market Tavern… 🍊☀️

The weekend is just around the corner, so who’s joining us for a cocktail or two?🍹

Because some drinks are just too good to put away for the season. 😉

Monday blues? We’ve got the answer… 🍰

Mondays are definitely better with something sweet, who agrees? 👀

Our current favourite is this dark chocolate chip & banana bread and butter pudding, made by our apprentice Lewis, and honestly, it’s every bit as good as it sounds.

Warm, indulgent and very difficult to share!

Cosy season is coming 🍂🔥

And we can’t think of a better place to settle in!

A roaring fire, great food, something lovely in your glass and plenty of reasons to stay a little longer 🍷

Whether it’s a relaxed lunch, dinner with friends or a cosy drink by the fire, we’re so ready for autumn 👌🏽

Friday definitely has a sound… 🍸

Turn the volume up and let the weekend begin at Market Tavern.

Cheers to Friday 🥂
