THE WAIT IS FINALLY OVER!

New Witney menu. Straight from the bakery.

🌶️🍳
Meet our new Mexican Eggs Flatbread.

It starts, as all good things should, with the dough. Made in our Witney bakery, shaped by hand, then topped with chorizo, roasted sweetcorn, garlic Greek yoghurt, fried Cacklebean eggs and pickled chilli.

From dough to dish, made right here at Blake’s Witney.

Available from Saturday as part of our new autumn menu.

Like making our hash brown bites from scratch, shaping them by hand and, yes, weighing every single one.

It’s a lot more work than opening a bag of ready-made frozen hash browns. But we think you can taste the difference. And we know exactly what goes into them.

From Biscoff Buns to our much-loved Roastie Toastie, here’s what’s on the menu this weekend.

🥐 FROM THE BAKERY

Biscoff Bun – Our latest sweet treat, available across all three Blake’s locations.

📍 WITNEY

BFC Brioche (Blake’s Fried Chicken) – Crispy fried chicken thigh, lettuce, pickles, honey buffalo sauce, garlic herb mayo and slaw, all piled into a soft brioche bun.

📍 WITNEY

The Roastie Toastie – Back for another sunday!

Roast chicken, honey-roasted carrots and parsnips, cauliflower béchamel and sausage stuffing, served on Blake’s sourdough with rosemary roast potatoes and chicken gravy for dipping.

📍 CLANFIELD

Welsh Rarebit – Welsh rarebit on Blake’s sourdough, topped with red onion jam and a fried Cacklebean egg.

📍 COLESHILL

Full English Loaded Wedges – Loaded with sausage, house-beans, a fried egg, melted mozzarella and bacon jam. A full English but make it Blake’s!

A new season. A new menu. And one that’s rooted more than ever in our Witney bakery. 🍂🥖

Launching this Saturday, our new Witney menu brings the bakery right through to the menu.

Think hand-stretched breakfast flatbreads and pizzas made with dough from our bakery, freshly baked sourdough, house-made hash brown bites, and some great-value new lunch options, including Soup & Garlic Flatbread and Small Margherita Pizza & Salad.

There are plenty of new flavours to discover too, from Mexican Eggs Flatbread to BBQ Chicken Pizza, alongside new salads, sides and old Blake’s favourites.

After all, it’s our workplace too. Our bakers are busy creating the bread, pastries and bakes supplied across all three Blake’s locations right here in Witney, so we’d be very happy to share the space with you!

We’ve got some seriously delicious specials coming your way this weekend, including the return of our Roastie Toastie!

📍 At Coleshill

Pulled shin of beef, roast root vegetables, poached Cacklebean eggs and bone marrow hollandaise, all served in a freshly made Yorkshire pudding.

📍 At Witney

Hawaiian Eggs Benedict
Kelmscott ham hock, poached Cacklebean eggs and pineapple hollandaise, served on Blake’s sourdough.

The Roastie Toastie – Sunday only!

This week it’s roast chicken, sausage stuffing, cauliflower cheese béchamel, honey-roasted carrots and parsnips, all sandwiched between our Blake’s sourdough and served with rosemary roast potatoes and chicken gravy for dipping.

📍 At Clanfield

Smoked salmon and chive fishcake with spinach, poached Cackleberry Farm and hollandaise.

Finished with whipped cream, a Blake’s handmade gingerbread crumb, and a gingerbread biscuit.

🎃 Pumpkin Spiced Latte
Topped with whipped cream and a generous dusting of cinnamon.

🤎 Biscoff Latte
Topped with whipped cream, Biscoff crumb, and a Biscoff biscuit.

Come and decorate some spooky gingerbread biscuits with us at Blake’s this half term!

We’re getting into the Halloween spirit with three afternoons of gingerbread biscuit decorating across our Blake’s Kitchen sites.

Here’s where you can join us:

👻 Monday 26th October – Witney, 2pm
🎃 Tuesday 27th October – Clanfield, 2pm
🕷️ Wednesday 28th October – Coleshill, 2pm

Each booking includes a ticket for one child, with five fondant-covered gingerbread biscuits ready to decorate, get creative with and take home.

Ghosts, pumpkins, monsters… the spookier the better!

A FORMAL APOLOGY TO ALL OUR BLAKE’S CUSTOMERS.

We underestimated just how seriously you’d all take the Roastie Toastie.

You came. You ordered. You dipped. And then you SOLD 👏 US 👏 OUT 👏

We really didn’t see that coming.

The good news? The Roasty Toastie is BACK this Sunday, and due to popular demand, we’re making a LOT more of them this time. We promise.

For anyone who missed out, here’s what all the fuss is about…

This week is Roast chicken, sausage stuffing, cauliflower cheese béchamel, honey-roasted carrots and parsnips, all sandwiched between our Blake’s sourdough and served with rosemary roast potatoes and chicken gravy for dipping.

Basically, a Sunday roast you can hold in your hands.

We’re so chuffed to see how much you’ve all loved it. Of course we couldn’t NOT bring it back!
