We’re very excited to be a part of this years Art Trail by Rail, celebrating some of the brilliant artists taking part across the Hope Valley.
While the main trail takes place 26th–27th September, 10am–5pm, we’re doing things a little differently at The Anglers, with a pop-up exhibition running until 11th October, giving you plenty of time to come and have a proper look.
The tearooms is filled with work from artists taking part in the trail, with lots of pieces available to buy too. And while you’re here, you can vote for your favourite piece!
Tonight we’re celebrating with a private launch event, before welcoming everyone in to enjoy the exhibition from tomorrow onwards.
The Art Trail by Rail itself is completely free and self-led, with venues stretching from Chinley to Grindleford, all within a short walk of the railway stations. Start wherever you fancy, hop on and off the train and explore some fantastic local art along the way.
