HELLO STRANGERS 🤩

I have loved bumping into many of my past customers over the last few months whilst being out and about. Many of you will have heard about what the last year has looked like for myself and how important it is to support each other ❤️

I couldn’t pass by the opportunity to tell you about my future fundraising as the majority of you appreciated that The Lane was so much more than a ‘wooden hut’

After the success of the Gala Ball last year, myself and my good friend Beth are planning another one!

We have an opportunity for local businesses to get involved to help support 2 charities very close to our hearts. Action Mental Health and Ronald McDonald House

All info is on the poster but if you wish to get involved please send me a private message 🤩

The Gala Ball will take place in October when we will come together to raise awareness and vital funds for both charities 💜💛

Baked by the amazing Nibble & Peck and now available from Flavour First Vending Machine in Donaghadee!

New bake box coming TOMORROW at the vending machine🥳
We’ve sold out 2 times over everyday so we have decided to add a second bake box for all you lovely sweet treat lovers😍
And we are even getting a few more lockers also, so instead of 12 we will have 16 from tomorrow onwards😍😍

Mum and Dad arrived in NZ this week and for any of our regulars who know our story this is my brother and his lovely wife who currently call NZ their home

HELLO 👋

Some days it feels like forever and other days I can picture myself standing behind our wee counter serving you all.

How are you all doing?

We are still in New Zealand.

Here’s a wee photo dump of what life has looked like recently. Lots of day trips, view points, lots of coffee, home schooling and trips to the library.

Lots of time for reflection.

Hi Everyone

I’ve gone quiet as our family adjust to a 13 hour time difference.

Yes that’s right we have taken an opportunity to fly our family across the world, to see through the winter months, and in all honesty - to find peace in my soul again.

When The Lane was forced to close I became unemployed for the 1st time in 18 years! I lost myself, my spark and all my trust in the system that we by into every day. I needed a new focus so it made sense taking the opportunity to come to our favourite place - South Land New Zealand 🇳🇿

We are being well looked after and the sun is shining.

When walking in Te Anau yesterday I seen this sign ‘The Lane’

No matter where I am in the world The Lane will always be a big part of our life and I look forward to opening our doors one day 🙌
