🤤CINNAMONS - Save the CINNAMON SATURDAY date: 19th SEPTEMBER.. I've been set back for a couple of weeks, and BREAD + BAGELS appear to be very busy at the moment.

Sadly this means the original plan to bring them back this Saturday is postponed.

Thanks very much for taking some lovely stuff this week, and thanks also for your 'get well' wishes 💕

At the moment focus has been on baking for great retail outlets to keep everything nice n' available for you. Some food service places are also using items on their menus.

Dough House is open on Fridays with limited bread, and bagels from the oven.

Baked to order pizza is available 3 Friday nights per month.

We are closed on Saturdays for the time being.

Similar to the bread - the pizza dough is made here from scratch using flour, water, and salt.

They are currently exclusive to the retail partners mentioned above. You can also get some from the bakery on Fridays. They are liable to sell out rather quickly.

Planning of next week's bread baking has started, and I'm also looking forward to making up a nice sandwich for lunch, breakfast, or whatever.

Sadly, I cannot eat supermarket-type bread, or that square, foam stuff because it makes me ill. 🤧 😫🤒

I love bread so much and eat it all of the time. I don't know what I'd do if I ever quit, or retire from bread making. Lol
