Our menu features everything from traditional fresh pastas to artisan stone-baked pizzas. We are looking for a passionate and talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and keep our standards high.
📋 Your Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire our kitchen crew with a positive attitude.
• Cook and prepare authentic Italian dishes to a high standard.
• Design and update exciting menus alongside management.
• Manage food stock, ordering, and control kitchen waste.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety rules at all times.
🎯 What We Are Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in a busy, professional kitchen.
• Proven leadership and kitchen management skills.
• A deep passion for Italian cuisine and fresh ingredients.
