🎉 ONE YEAR OF THE CELLAR 🎉

Today marks 1 year since we opened the doors to The Cellar

What started as an idea became long days, late nights, stress, laughter, hard work, and a restaurant we’re incredibly proud to call our own.

This past year hasn’t been easy for hospitality in the North of Ireland.
Rising costs, increases in alcohol duty, threats to increased rates, utilities, wages, higher VAT rate compared to ROI. The pressure on local hospitality businesses has never been greater.

Behind every busy restaurant is a team working flat out just to keep the doors open and continue creating a place people can enjoy.

But despite all of that, the support from Ballycastle and everyone who has walked through our doors has meant everything to us.

From quiet midweek dinners to packed weekends, family occasions, date nights, birthdays, cocktails, glasses of w**e, steaks and celebrations.

Thank you for making The Cellar part of your year.

To our staff, suppliers, friends, family and every single customer who has supported us over the last 12 months… thank you.
