As pointed out by a few eagle eyed friends, The Hillbilly Biltong Band are playing at Millars this Saturday, the 26th, not the 28th.

Thanks to the kind, anonymous person who sent us this lovely slate coaster. It’s now proudly displayed above the fireplace. Many thanks from Team Millars, it’s greatly appreciated.

Here we go again!!!

Sure those few wee days at work were worth it to get you to another fun packed weekend at Millars!!

The force of nature that is Roberta Wright will be live at Millars on Saturday night from 8.30pm. Big tunes, big voice, big Saturday night at Millars!!

Glowing in our lovely Belfast Telegraph review from Yoris Minne we’re experiencing increased bookings so all the more important that you reserve your table in advance to avoid disappointment. Call the bar on 028 9337 2042 or email [email protected] to secure your table.

Pie of the Week is our super popular Steak & Guinness Pie.

A fresh delivery of local lobster and Latharna Oysters just arrived. Note: lobster will be disappearing within the next week or two. Oysters will be available all year round. Some exciting new oyster variations to be announced soon.

We have a very exciting new Winter Menu which we will announce soon. Watch this space.

We have a stunning Christmas function menu which we’ll share shortly. Already quite a few bookings so please book soon to ensure we can accommodate your party.

We will also have a special ‘Self Employed Christmas Party Night’ for all you ‘one man bands’ that deserve a special night. Details to follow.

Lots of big premiership games this weekend which will be shown live including The Old Firm match on Sunday. Kick off at noon and bar will open for kick off. Side door. Three knocks and password ‘Sandra is awesome’ for entry.

Bookings are already flooding in for ‘The Hillybilly Biltong Band’ next Saturday (26th) to the point that we’re already at 40% capacity. Preference will be given to parties booking dinner (lite bites don’t qualify). We will be maxed out so arrive early to secure a spot in the back lounge. We will be refusing entry to the back lounge once we reach our licence capacity. Band will start once food service is completed. Aiming for 9-9.30pm. Doors will open for those not dining at 8.30. First come first served.

Don’t miss the awesome Roberta Wright this Saturday. She’ll be belting out the big tunes from 8.30, getting you up on the dance floor and giving you another amazing night to remember at Millars.

A change to the program the following Saturday (26th) and this is an exciting one? Due to my scheduling mistake we were without an act. However a wee call to my chum Yank and he was somehow able to round up the cast of the ‘Hillybilly Biltong Band’ who will be your entertainment for the evening!!

Just a wee update on our dog policy.

You know we love dogs at Millars. However that is only when your dogs are under your control. Dogs wandering freely pose a risk to our staff carrying food and drinks to tables.

Be advised dogs not under their owners’ control will be asked to leave.

We love your dogs, we love our staff more.
