🎉 What a night!

Our Portuguese Wine Supper Club was a fantastic success last night.

Jack worked his magic in the kitchen, while James once again knocked it out of the park with a selection of truly mouth-watering wines. 🍷✨

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped create such a warm and vibrant atmosphere.

Our next Wine Supper Club will be a little different as we explore the wonderful food and wine culture of Uruguay. 🇺🇾 The wines are exceptional and feature grape varieties that are rarely seen here in the UK.

🥩 **Picanha** 😋

Also known as the rump cap or rump tip, Picanha is the prized triangular cut taken from the top of the rump. With its beautiful layer of fat and incredible flavour, it's perfect as a steak or cooked whole over the BBQ.

👨‍🍳 **Chef's tip:** Picanha is best enjoyed rare to medium-rare. If you're firmly in the "no red, no pink" camp, this probably isn't the cut for you!

This stunning piece of dry-aged beef came from Priors Hall Farm and was cooked over coals for our recent staff BBQ.

It's not currently on our menu, but if you'd like to share one between 3–4 guests, get in touch. We'd be happy to pre-order one especially for you.

We had a fantastic evening on Thursday at our latest wine supper club hosted by James from 🍷
The kitchen did a fantastic job cooking a South African inspired menu and James paired each course with some really interesting South African wines. 😋

Our next one will be our Portuguese Wine Supper Club on Thursday 18th June. Bookings open on Wednesday next week. 🇵🇹
