We're celebrating Spanish flavours at Chatsworth Kitchen with our tapas evening on Friday 22 May, 5–7pm. Join us and enjoy a menu of classic Spanish tapas, from pan con tomate, gazpacho and patatas bravas, to Iberico ham with Manchego, gambas pil pil, fried calamari and a selection of chicken, seafood or vegetarian paella. Join us at Peak Village this Saturday, 11 April, for our spring evening dining event at Chatsworth Kitchen from 5-7pm. Our seasonal menu features dishes made using local ingredients such as Chatsworth Estate lamb hot pot, grilled asparagus and aubergine with miso aioli, pan-fried scallops with black pudding and pea purée, wild garlic and courgette risotto, and pan fried cod with lemon caper butter. On Friday 20 March, join us at Chatsworth Kitchen for a relaxed bistro-style evening. We’ll be serving a French-inspired menu made with seasonal ingredients. Highlights include French onion soup with Gruyère croutons, baked camembert with caramelised onion chutney, rich beef bourguignon, and salmon en papillote, followed by desserts including chocolate mousse and apple tarte tatin.
