Celebrating the wins today with some freshening up of the front the windowsills and doors! We started with a ruined front wall after someone crashed into it and at least 8 layers of old paint. Now to clean the windows properly and redo the flower boxes… we might be getting close to have the front look quite nice actually 😅💕💕🥂

So many projects to complete (and to start!) Window ledges are all scraped and ready for paint… still have to prep the doors and more before they get painted. We’ve decided to try focus on the building front for this summer to prepare for another winter of constant exposure! Can’t wait to look at one part of this building and not see a never ending to do list 😅

Our dream remains to return this gorgeous, neglected building into something worthy of this view. 💕💕
